CMS has published the 2027 plan list. Here is every 2027 Medicare Advantage plan by county — premium, out-of-pocket maximum, star rating and Part D deductible — while the full benefit detail is still on its way.

Early look at 2027. These are the 2027 plans exactly as CMS first published them (CMS Landscape file cy2027-landscape-202609.zip): premium, out-of-pocket maximum, star rating, Part D deductible and plan type. The rest — dental, vision, hearing, drug lists, copays and extra benefits — publishes in late October, and this section fills in automatically when it does. Enrollment for 2027 runs October 15 – December 7.
